The Sovereign Flora™ is created in limited batches and prepared by hand. Because fragrance is a personal-use product, returned bottles cannot simply be placed back into inventory.
For this reason, The Sovereign Flora™ is eligible for a partial refund under the conditions below.
If you decide The Sovereign Flora™ is not the right fragrance for you, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a partial refund:
Once the returned fragrance has been received and inspected, a refund up to 75% of the original purchase price will be issued to the original payment method.
If your purchase included a complimentary signed copy of Beyond the Mask: Dating With Power — The Blueprint and The Code, you may keep the book. The book does not need to be returned as part of the fragrance return.
The partial refund reflects the fact that The Sovereign Flora™ is a handcrafted, limited-batch product involving fragrance materials, the bottle, packaging, preparation, and creative labor.
If your fragrance arrives damaged, leaking, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the product and packaging. Damaged or defective products will be handled separately from standard fragrance returns.
Because fragrance can interact differently with every person's skin, please perform the included patch test before full application.
If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.
